Our hospital was established in 1986 and has been serving the Miami / Doral area since. Our Animal Clinic Staff and Technicians are trained extensively in surgical preparation, pet handling, pet health, veterinary assistance and patient care.

MEET THE DOCTOR
Dr. Diaz was Born in Miami Beach, Florida and attended Belen Jesuit High School. He later Attended the University of Miami majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He graduated with General and Department Honors. Dr. Diaz then attended the University of Florida in Gainesville where he obtained his Doctorate degree. Upon graduation, he returned to Miami and worked for local animal hospitals for a year, he then established The Pet Care Clinic of Doral in 1992. Dr. Diaz is the past President of the South Florida Veterinary Medical Association and has been on the Board since 2003.
Dr. Diaz enjoys fishing, diving and cruising the coast of Florida and the Bahamas. He is an avid boater. Dr. Diaz lives in South Miami with his beautiful wife, two wonderful children, and their friendly dog.
FIRST VISIT
If you have any records for your pet, please bring them with you to your appointment. When bringing in your pet for a check up, we ask you to please remember that your pet may be a little nervous about new people and animals. For your pets' safety, we ask that you safely restrain your pet before coming in to the hospital. We request that pets be placed on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering the waiting room. Your pet and others in the waiting area will appreciate the care. If you have an emergency or a pet that may have a contagious disease, please advise us as soon as possible so that we may be properly prepared to receive your pet.
